Aloha Ahi Ahi UFOhana! Sorry for the late posting, it’s been one of those weeks . . .  again.

I just wanted to wish us all a Happy Birthday and looking forward to the performance this July 3rd at 2pm –2:45pm at the Ben and Jerry Solar Stage. Please show up no later than 1:30p, we’ll congregate as we did last year out behind the stage area.

I’ll be handing out the performance passes this Friday at Kanikapila. If you signed up for the performance please do come and pick yours up. Otherwise, please contact me so we can make arrangements. Again, I only have enough passes for those that signed up so if you’re a later comer and you want to perform you’ll need to pay to get in.

Please bring a music stand, a small one should do fine, some kind of clips would be a good idea in case of wind. I’ll be providing the Flight Manuals. We may need need or have room for 30 or so music stands on the stage, so we may have to double/triple up on the Flight Manuals. I also need volunteers to help spread the 100+ Flight Manual out on the audience chairs, please volunteer if you can Kokua.

Also, I have parking passes for 3 cars. Please contact me if you can take at least 3 people with you into the fair and are willing to carpool in. Otherwise you may want to hike in as parking will be difficult. Give you self enough time to get there by 1:30p now!

For those of you that are using the Car Passes our parking area is located on the the ‘Avenue of the Flags’ ( See Below) behind the Stage Area. There will be attendants at the gate to guide you.

Mahalo once again to all of you for making our UFOhana so vibrant and full of Aloha! Also, many thanks to those of you that take the time to bring Kaukau and to donate your $$$ to the yellow bucket. We’re definitely putting the $$$ to good use. Your donations help pay for our brand new Sink Faucet, and those of you fortunate enough to be chosen a a kitchen menehune know how badly we needed one!

And speaking of donations, we’d also like to thank those of you that donate your previously enjoyed Aloha apparel, however, we’d appreciate it if you would check in with Linaka first before you hang up you clothing. We were finding obviously well loved apparel but at the same time they were pretty tattered, unwashed and un-ironed. We’d like to make sure that whoever buys one from Linaka is getting Quality Aloha Attire worthy of your $20 donation. Mahalo for your Kokua.
