Mele Kalikimaka Night!
BOT:
Aloooooha UFOhana!
It's that time of the Year again! This Friday will be our 8th Annual UFHoHoHo-Hana Christmas Kanikapila!
Please do consider bringing your Ohana, your Kuuipo, your Significant Other(s) to Hangar 1585 this Friday, the 19th, for a Night of Holiday Festivities Hawaiian Style!
Our Food theme for this night will be the "4F" as in "Fabulous Fun Festive Foods".
Please make an effort to post you incoming rations here so we have an idea of what our menu may be. We just don't want to end up with 5 Yule Logs . . . ya, know, or a stack of Fruit Cakes. Though a tray of SPAM Musibis would be welcome.
Don't forget to wear something Red, Green and Hawaiian now and if you can bring an Ornament for Da' Tree!
Mahalo to the intrepid Pilots who braved the Cold last Friday and for all the great KauKau as well! Great Solo Kanikapilas too!
Hope to see you this Friday! A few parting photos of our Ohana from these past years. Recognize anyone?

Great times with many more to be created and remembered. Have a great Week All!
See you on Friday.
Uke-Ku

Am I the first? Well, I can finally make it and I'll be bringing leftovers - but such leftovers! - from a spread I'm planning for my Christmas book club the night before. They'll probably eat all the desserts, so I'll be bringing cheese spreads, pate, etc.

Yes, I did. And did you see me in the back row of the freezing 4th of July photo? I'm the one with the glasses reflecting the fireworks (guess I'm the only one who saw 'em).

You know I wish I could be there! Too mess' up to go tonight, but love all ya'll and here's a little xmas cheery story from our friends down south:
It was a romantic full moon, when Pedro said, 'Hey, mamacita, let's do Weeweechu.'
'Oh no, not now, let's look at the moon!' said Rosita.
'Oh, c'mon baby, let's you and I do Weeweechu. I love you and it's the perfect time,' Pedro begged..
'But I wanna just hold your hand and watch the moon.' replied Rosita.
'Please, corazoncito, just once, do Weeweechu with me.'
Rosita looked at Pedro and said, 'OK, one time, we'll do Weeweechu.'
Pedro grabbed his guitar and they both sang.....
'Weeweechu a Merry Christmas, Weeweechu a Merry Christmas, Weeweechu a Merry Christmas,
and a Happy New Year.'
