Just W-u-u-u-u-n more Da-a-ay!

BOT:

Aloha Ahi Ahi UFOhana!

Here were are again, on the short side of the week. I hope you've all been keeping well. I understand that there's a killer cold going around. Don't ask how I know. Take those Inner Defenses, drink those Chicken Soups, down the Mega-Doses of C tabs, batten down the hatches!

Shields up! Warp factor . . . . sorry, I was phasing there for a while.

Ok, so while my Day-Kwil drug induced zombie mode is still in tact I'd like to suggest the following idea as a food theme for this week:

In 1952 the 1st video recording on magnetic tape was made in, of all places, Los Angeles.

"Magnetic Personalities", "TV adds 10lbs", "Electric Attractions" . . . Ok? Got it?

I know I'm reaching for this one. Sorry, it's the drugs.

Mahalo Nui, again, for the Ono-licious Kaukau and to the Kitchen Menehunes that  help with the Clean Up after we Pau Kanikapila.

Btw, as an FYI, this Friday is Les Rietfors' Birthday . . .

Aloha Nui Loa!

Trying to catch some Allison Krauss and that ukulele wielding guy at 5 pm at the opening concert in GG Park for Hardly Strictly Bluegrass....and then head on over....see ya later! If only cuz I need some of Amy & Bu's ribs - I'm hungry already. Or, as the bluegrass song says, "I got the Hongries for your Lovin', and I'm waitin' in your welfare line..." Substitute ribs for lovin', because nothin' spells lovin' like ribs from da oven, eh?
