Aloooooha!
BOT:
Aloha Ahi Ahi UFOhana!
Well it's another week of Rain and Wind! We're on guard but I think the County has finally figured out how to work our pumps and emergency generator. I hope for the best for everyone and thanks again to all for your support through our situation. I hope you're all fairing well through this weather. We do, after all, need this water.
Mahalo to everyone that made the re-opening of Hangar 1585 such a joyous event last Friday and helping fill that room with good Mele and Hula again. I'm hoping that you'll be able to join us again this week. As for this week's food theme I'm thinking we'll keep it simple and go with 'JBF (Just Bring Food)' theme. So there you have it.
Mahalo also to Linda Wallace for helping with the clean up last Friday!
Plus it's time to celebrate January's Birthdays! I guess we've been calling this B-Day Amnesty Time!
Let's see I think there was Linda W., Lanakia, Palapala, Brudda Carey, Karen (or was it Sharon's), ... well anyway, come forward now or wait another year?

Aloha, all!
Long time no see!
Alas, I will be missing the BD celebration, too.
I'll catch it when it comes around next year.
I'll be "skippin' " with the "skippers," John's name for the Scottish Country Dance group. They're having a full weekend of dancing and classes at Bishop's Ranch in Healdsburg. I'm going, it sounds like fun. Its like eat, dance party, sleep, eat, learn, eat, dance party, eat, sleep, eat, learn, etc.
I'm taking my 'uke, maybe I can find strum-time.
Have fun at Hangar 1585!
Love,
L

Oh yeah and the insurance company wouldn't go the x-tra $$$ for the convertible Aquada Sports Amphibian, which can reach up to 100mph on land, uses a jet to propel it through water at speeds of over 30mph. Could'a sav lotsa money back/forth to Hawaii!

Well, drat. Last week we were out of town and this week the rain's coming down. There's flooding on the streets here, so we're thinking we'll play it safe (gasp! we never!) and stay in.
Till next week,
Sharon and Karen

Wise choice! Patty just dropped off some wonderful soup and turned right around to get home before the flooding!
Take Care Everyone, I think if you haven't already, make the same choice as, Kawika, Karen and Sharon.
Stay Home.
Cya Next Week.
