Aloha Kakahiaka!
BOT:
Good Morning UFOhana!
Well here we are on Hump Day once again. I hope the week's been treating you well so far and nothing but good things on the weekend horizon for you.
Great Mele last week! And of course always a treat to have the Hula Babes going at it! Mahalo Nui to you all for that. Thanks again to you all for moving your Uke Cases, etc., into the Pilots 'Hangar' Area.
Once again, A Big thank you to all the Kitchen Patrol Menehunes that help with the clean up afterward. We couldn't have Ukulele Night with you folks that help with the clean up.
And of course, a big thanks to all that make the effort to keep the Kaukau so Ono-licious! It's just amazing the quality of food on Fridays. I make it a point to eat less during that day so I can enjoy the Friday Feast!
As for this week's food theme, I was thinking "Philosophical Foods" in honor of Confusious' Birthday this Friday. I know, Chinese comes first to mind, but let's think about this one . . .
Mahalo Patty for that great theme suggestion!
I also ask that you extend your good thoughts to the Bernes, Coyles and Desert Bob's families who are all undergoing some difficult times. Please send some good Mana and Aloha their way.

The philosopher's stone was able to turn lead into gold. I'll break out the frying pan and see what I can turn zuccini into.

Sometimes a Zuccini is just . . . a zuccini?

Ancient philosophical question:
Which came first, the Chicken or the Egg?
Modern answer: The Dinosaur!
Since I have no dinosaurs, I'm bringing Deviled Eggs.

Beautiful Quote Sharon! Mahalo. Hey, does that make us 'un-natural'?

It's been a very long week. But my philosophy is that chocolate always makes it better. Therefore, I'm bringing some chocolate eclairs for dessert.
