As for this week's food theme I'm thinking "Eclipse Food" in honor of 0648 -BC- Earliest total solar eclipse; chronicled by Greeks. Sunny dishes? Sola Mola fish dish? Where does he come up with this.

Btw, remember that next Friday Brudda Bu and Amy will be hosting Ukulele Night and there will be no Ukulele Lessons on Saturday.

Have fun guys! We have been trying to come back to the Hangar for months now and each Friday has been either booked with business, family stuff, or we have been sick!?!? (I had the laryngitis virus for over 2 weeks. Imagine me not being able to talk!?!?! Har, har! Nevertheless, it was not fun)
This weekend we are celebrating East-over (Passover and Easter together)with a housefull of parents and relatives. Next week I fly to Chicago on business and John flies to Arizona. I am hoping for a let up at the end of the month so we can come strum.
We have not fallen off the face of the earth and miss you all.
