Hauoli La Hanau Nite!

BOT:

Aloha Ahi Ahi UFOhana Pilots!

Hope you're all having a great Hump Day as we slide into the weekend.

Big Mahalos to Brudda Bu and Amy for that wonderful Ukulele Windmill! We're still trying to figure out where to put it. We'll probably wait till after the 'Annual' yard clean up to do it.

Mahalo to all of you for a great Kanikapila and Kau Kau last week. Mahalo to Uncle and Carey for sharing their Meles with the Ohana once again.

This Friday is April Babie's B-Day Amnesty Day so if you're one of them now is the time to come clean. Kawika and Keone (the Big 64s?), Kimo, Linda, Megumi and anyone else out there come on down!!!

As for this week's food theme I'm thinking "Eclipse Food" in honor of 0648 -BC- Earliest total solar eclipse; chronicled by Greeks. Sunny dishes? Sola Mola fish dish? Where does he come up with this.

E' Komomai hale to our wayward pilots, Al, Kini, Donely, Uncle Ken, Brudda C!

Btw, remember that next Friday Brudda Bu and Amy will be hosting Ukulele Night and there will be no Ukulele Lessons on Saturday.

Also, forgive me for not remebering to solicit solos, please don't hesistate to volunteer a song if you have one! I'm sure that your Ohana would be happy to hear from you!

Uke-Ku

Many have strummed here,
Beloved songs of past times,
Hula points the way.

A Hui Hou All!

Del, I gotta learn how to post a message in this blog to give directions to our hale for next week. People will need to bring a few folding chairs and music stands if they have them.

Have fun guys! We have been trying to come back to the Hangar for months now and each Friday has been either booked with business, family stuff, or we have been sick!?!? (I had the laryngitis virus for over 2 weeks. Imagine me not being able to talk!?!?! Har, har! Nevertheless, it was not fun)

This weekend we are celebrating East-over (Passover and Easter together)with a housefull of parents and relatives. Next week I fly to Chicago on business and John flies to Arizona. I am hoping for a let up at the end of the month so we can come strum.
We have not fallen off the face of the earth and miss you all.
Hugs to everyone and hope to see you all soon.
