Finally at the end of another great Sunny week! Friday night looms in the horizon.
Hope your week's gone well. Heard from Brudda Joe that his operation was OK and that we're still on for the 24th gig at the Bay Model. He's still in Canada and will get us the particulars when he gets back. Please send some good thoughts his way.
Mahalo, again, to all for the Onolicious KauKuas and Aloha this last Friday. Pua and I always comment about how wonderful it is that the Ohana continues on as it has. Mahalo to all of you for making it what it is and making Friday night possible. Mahalo nui loa to Patty for donating that wondering Kala to the UFOhana Armada and to Brudda Andy for sharing Sean Na'auao's version of Ka Ip Lei Manu with us. Power piece, definitely.
As for this week's food theme I'm thinking 'Technicolor Food' in to commemorate in 1954 the 1st local color TV commercial WNBT-TV (WNBC-TV) New York NY (Castro Decorators). I'll leave it at that and let you folks figure out the rest.
Btw, in case some of you haven't heard, we're (the UFOhana) off the hook for playing at Faith's CD release. So we'll be able to just sit back and enjoy. She said next one, when she get mo' space.
